The Common Application is an admissions application that can be submitted online (or in print form) to a long list of participating colleges. Currently there are almost 400 colleges that accept the Common App. Many colleges allow the Common App even though they offer their own application.

The Common App website also allows your guidance counselors and teachers to submit their required forms for your application online.
